Appreciation From Our Executive Director
The Forever Protector program is a great opportunity to become intimately involved with our very unique mission.
As you know, we promise pets who have lost their humans due to death, disability or deployment lifelong care in a homestyle setting.
Your generous donation helps us keep our forever promise and ensures we have the resources to meet all the special needs of our furry friends and uplift senior people in our community.
Because the majority of our pets are seniors, they need extra care and attention including medications, prescription food, and occasionally surgery to address a health issue.
We can't wait to share special pet updates with you and give you a behind-the-scenes peek into how we operate.
Every day, tails are wagging, felines are purring, and senior people in our community are experiencing the joys and magic of pet ownership.

Success Story
When Grover first came to the Sanctuary after his owner passed away, he had an infected toe on his right front paw. We tried everything medically and holistically to cure it, but we were unsuccessful. He was limping and in pain, and was constantly licking it and in distress. We consulted with our Vet surgeon and digit removal surgery was recommended. This surgery was made possible from our generous donors.
Grover was a champ through the surgery and had a great recovery. Today, he is pain free and is living his best life here at the Sanctuary.
